Dimitra Toumpa is a Postdoc at the Swiss Federal Laboratories for Materials Science and Technology (Empa) in St. Gallen, Switzerland. She holds a B.Sc. in chemistry and an M.Sc. in Medicinal Chemistry and Chemical Bi-ology and earned her Ph.D. in Nanomedicine from the Department of Chemical Engineering at the University of Patras, Greece. Her research interests focus on the design, development, and evaluation of novel drug de-livery systems.
