Giovanna is a PhD student at the Institute of Biomedical Sciences-USP, where she has been developing nanopharmacology research focused on breast cancer since her undergraduate studies. By now, she has engaged in several research endeavors, and has recently concluded this present work initiated during her undergraduation research and expanded into her doctoral project. In 2025, she has been selected to present this work as an oral communication at the CRS Brazilian Local Chapter Symposium, where it was awarded first place.
