Silvia Lucia Appleton is working at the Centre for Advanced Studies of the Joint Research Centre (Ispra, Italy) on the Exploratory Research Project entitled “Polyethylene-glycol Patchiness Reporter Method Development for Lipid-based Nanomedicine Products” (PANGOLIN).
She earned her degree in Pharmacy and PhD in Chemical and Material Sciences at the University of Turin, Italy. She is currently focusing on the development of analytical approaches for the physicochemical characterisation of lipid-based nanoparticles for pharmaceutical use.
