I am Farah El Mohtadi a Senior Lecturer in Pharmaceutical Sciences at Portsmouth University. I hold a PhD from the University of Manchester, where I developed stimuli-responsive polymers for targeted drug delivery. Following a postdoctoral role investigating antioxidant nanomaterials in cancer, I joined Portsmouth in 2021. My research focuses on drug delivery systems and gene therapies targeting pancreatic and breast cancer, incorporating enzymes and chemotherapeutics.
