Angela is a Ph.D Candidate in the Zheng Lab in the Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences at the University of Toronto. She is currently studying novel nanoparticle formulations for the delivery of photosensitizers to treat lung infections using antimicrobial photodynamic therapy. In the academic community, she is active as the advisor for the American Association of Pharmaceutical Scientists University of Toronto chapter.
