Prof. Eric Le Ru is professor of physics at Victoria University of Wellington (VUW) and Chief Science Officer at Marama Labs, which he co-founded in 2019 to commercialize integrating-sphere based technology developed at VUW. During his academic career in New Zealand he co-authored 150 scientific papers on electromagnetic scattering theory and optical spectroscopy, with a special emphasis on Surface-enhanced Raman Spectroscopy.
