Professor Coulter’s group develops next-generation cancer nanotherapeutics that exploit tumour vulnerabilities to enhance existing treatments. By designing and characterising innovative, IP-driven nanomedicines, his group tackles drug resistance, poor solubility, and imprecise targeting. His work spans sustained-release and active-targeting platforms with clear translational intent, leading to the formation of a BXTA Nanotherpay Ltd, where Professor Coulter serves as Director and Chief Technical Officer.
