I hold a degree in Biomedicine, a master's degree in Biotechnology in Regenerative Medicine and Medicinal Chemistry, and a doctorate in Pharmaceutical Sciences. My research focuses on the development of new nanomaterials for the treatment of microbial diseases, especially fungal diseases. Currently, I am conducting my postdoctoral research at the Institute of Biomedical Sciences (ICB-USP) under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Carlos Pelleschi Taborda, with the aim of developing nanovaccines against Candidozyma auris.
