My name is Alejandro Cortés Bazo; I am a chemist by training and a PhD candidate at the Universidad Complutense de Madrid’s Faculty of Pharmacy. I hold a Master’s in Drug Design and Discovery. My research focuses on the fields of nanomedicine and drug delivery. My current lines of work involve redox-sensitive systems for protein delivery and targeted, stimuli-responsive drug nanosystems aimed at improving the selectivity and efficacy of cancer therapies.
