Dr Heather Benson’s has researched and published extensively in skin science, pharmaceutical/cosmeceutical and technology development, with a focus on translation of innovative science into effective products. She has published 5 books, 30 chapters and 135 papers, and is cited over 10,700 times. She has worked closely with industry in development programs, eg, providing the proof of concept for magnetic-based skin penetration device that resulted in the Olay Magnetic Infuser marketed by Procter & Gamble. Her current work with Remagine Labs is developing wearable, electronically assisted delivery technology for chronic conditions such as epilepsy.
