I am a Biotechnology Engineer with over a decade of experience at the intersection of biomedical research, pharmaceutical development, and strategic innovation. My career has focused on advancing R&D programs from early discovery through preclinical development, while bridging science with business through intellectual property, partnerships, and funding initiatives. I currently serve as Chief Scientific Officer, leading multidisciplinary teams and overseeing global preclinical programs. I co-invented a novel oncology therapeutic supported by two international patent families. Alongside my industry work, I have contributed to academia as a lecturer, designing and teaching courses in biochemistry, molecular biology, cancer genetics, and drug discovery.
