Citlaly Bucio Arzate is a first-year doctoral student and professor in the Faculty of Chemical Sciences and Engineering at the Autonomous University of Baja California. She has a master's degree in science with research training focused on pharmaceutical nanotechnology and controlled-release drug delivery systems. Her academic work centers on the synthesis, modification, physicochemical characterization and biocompatibility with cell lines of gelatin nanoparticles with potential biomedical and oncological applications. She is interested in researching new delivery systems for anticancer drugs.
