She holds a degree in Pharmacy (UFG, 2005), and a Master’s (2007) and PhD (2009) from the FCFRP-USP. She is an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Pharmacy, UFG, and mother of two children. She was Vice-Coordinator (2022–2023) and Coordinator (2023–2025) of the Graduate Program in Pharmaceutical Sciences (PPGCF-UFG). She also chaired the Forum of Pharmacy Area Coordinators (2023–2025). She is a permanent faculty member of PPGCF-UFG, a member of the Brazilian Association of Pharmaceutical Sciences (ABCF), and of the Brazilian Local Chapter of the Controlled Release Society (CRS).
