Dr. Ezequiel Coscueta is a Senior Researcher at CBQF and Invited Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Biotechnology, Universidade Católica Portuguesa (Portugal). He holds a PhD in Biological Sciences and a BSc in Biotechnology. His work develops bio-based delivery systems spanning green chemistry, peptidomics, and nanotechnology for intestinal health and nutraceutical applications. He leads the gBiOT project and presented at CRS 2025, and he also served as a poster jury member.
