Lipid nanoparticles (LNPs) have transformed nucleic ‑acid (NA) delivery, yet they introduce challenges such as instability, immunogenicity, and limited tissue targeting. These hurdles highlight the need for better alternative, materials that are safer, more predictable, scalable, and capable of precise delivery. Advancing such systems is essential to unlock more effective and accessible genetic medicines. Herein we introduce a novel carrier that serves as an effective alternative to LNPs and has demonstrated strong performance in early evaluations.
