mRNA–lipid nanoparticle (mRNA-LNP) vaccines show high efficacy but suffer from limited thermal stability and unwanted distribution to off-target organs after injection. To address these issues, we developed a powder-attached microneedle patch (P-MAP) that delivers clinically validated mRNA-LNP vaccines through the skin without modifying their original formulation or manufacturing process. We evaluated delivery efficiency, structural integrity, release behavior, and immune responses after skin administration.
