Non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) represents approximately 85% of lung cancer cases and remains associated with high mortality. Although Docetaxel (DTX) and Nintedanib (NTB) combination therapy improves clinical outcomes, systemic exposure and poor lung retention limit therapeutic benefit. This work investigates inhalable glycosylated hybrid lipid polymer nanoparticles (HLPNs) designed for controlled release, enhanced lung localization, and improved bioavailability of DTX and NTB (1,2).
