Biomacromolecular and small-molecule therapeutics are widely developed, yet their efficacy is often limited by physicochemical and biological barriers. Polymer-based carriers enable versatile designs through self-assembled architectures and interaction-driven complexes. Multicomponent polymerization enables rapid generation of diverse functional libraries, thereby accelerating carrier optimization through systematic structure activity relationship exploration. Here, we develop a diverse polymeric library via multicomponent reactions for multipurpose drug delivery applications.
