Introduction: Psoriasis is a chronic autoimmune disorder that has a significant impact on patient's quality of life. Current treatments cause resistance leading to systemic complications. Green approach is the new trend in which biocompatible formulations with phytochemicals are developed minimizing adverse effects. Hesperidin is a bioactive flavonoid with anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties . However, its clinical utility is limited due to poor aqueous solubility and low permeability. Ternary complex increases solubility by improving complexation efficiency and overall dissolution rate .
