Glioblastoma (GBM) remains a major public health challenge, with no significant changes in first-line therapy for over two decades [1]. Treatment failure is driven by tumour heterogeneity, limited drug delivery, and the presence of therapy-resistant stem-like cells. Despite its low incidence, prognosis remains poor, with a median survival of 12–15 months [2,3]. Drug repurposing offers a promising strategy to accelerate therapeutic innovation. This work aims to develop a nanostructured lipid carrier (NLC) for the co-delivery of two repurposed drugs: pimavanserine (PIMA) and cloxiquine (CLX).
