Introduction:

Hypertension often requires multi‑drug therapy, yet fixed‑dose combinations restrict dose titration and personalization. FlexiPill- a 3D‑printed, modular, point‑of‑care assembled polypill- was developed to improve adherence while tailoring drug strength and release. This system integrates floating propranolol with customizable enalapril and hydrochlorothiazide units.
