Dr. Guilherme Martins Gelfuso is an Associate Professor at the University of Brasília (UnB) and Director of the Technological Innovation Center. He holds a PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the University of São Paulo (USP) and is a CNPq Research Productivity Fellow. His research focuses on nanotechnology applied to pharmaceutical drug delivery, specifically nanocarriers for cutaneous administration. Dr. Gelfuso specializes in developing topical treatments for melanoma and alopecia through advanced skin permeation techniques. He currently serves as the Treasurer of the Brazilian Association of Pharmaceutical Sciences (ABCF).
