Gabriela Manrique is a PhD candidate at the Université de Montréal in Canada. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Biotechnological Engineering and an MSc in Dermatological and Cosmetic Sciences. Her doctoral research, supervised by Professor Simon Matoori, focuses on vesicular reactors and hydrogel-based platforms for the diagnosis and treatment of skin conditions. She also serves as a student representative for the Controlled Release Society (CRS) Skin and Mucosal Delivery Focus Group.
