Dr. Rafael Miguel Sábio is a researcher at the School of Pharmaceutical Sciences, UNESP (Brazil), with postdoctoral experience at UMCG (2023–2024) under the supervision of Prof. Santos. He earned a Ph.D. in Materials Science and Engineering under a co-tutorship between Université de Toulouse III and UNESP, and an M.Sc. in Chemistry from UNESP. His research focuses on engineered micro- and nanoparticles, multifunctional nanomedicines, drug delivery systems, tuberculosis and prostate cancer therapies.
