Riikka Rimmistö is a doctoral researcher at Faculty of Pharmacy, University of Helsinki, Finland. In her research, she will investigate the lipophilic drug release from photo-oxidation sensitive drug delivery systems to improve targeting of cancer drugs. She has a master’s degree in pharmacy, and also a strong hands-on clinical experience as a pharmacist and a registered nurse.
