Liang Jia is a PhD candidate in the Department of Pathology at Erasmus Medical Center, supervised by Timo ten Hagen and Mohamadreza Amin. Their research focuses on lipid–drug conjugate prodrugs and nanoparticle delivery systems for chemotherapeutics, with an emphasis on improving solubility, stability, and therapeutic index of paclitaxel formulations. They have experience in organic synthesis, nanoparticle formulation, and analytical characterization (NMR, LC/MS), and are interested in translating nanomedicine platforms toward clinically relevant cancer therapies.
