Qin works and studies at the University of Pennsylvania, where she develops prophylactic mRNA vaccines and mRNA-based countermeasures against respiratory diseases with the goal of achieving durable, broadly protective immunity. In parallel, she is pursuing training in clinical epidemiology to expand her expertise and strengthen the translational and population-level impact of her research in infectious diseases.
