Neuroblastoma is a deadly cancer that primarily affecting children and urgently requires improved treatments [1]. Calcium phosphate (CaP) nanoparticles (NPs) are promising non-viral vectors due to their biocompatibility and low immunogenicity [2]. Their physicochemical properties enable efficient loading of diverse biological treatments (biologics) that are requiring advanced delivery systems to hold curative potential. Critically, particles and agglomerate size governs loading capacity, intracellular delivery and transfection efficiency [3].
