Introduction: Colorectal cancer (CRC) remains a leading cause of cancer mortality, requiring more effective treatment options. Dapagliflozin (DAPA), a type 2 diabetes drug, has emerging anticancer potential but suffers from low solubility and poor bioavailability. We developed a novel sedimented nanogel delivery system to enhance DAPA’s therapeutic impact in CRC.
