Introduction:

Hesperidin (HES), a citrus bioflavonoid with numerous biological activities. But its clinical applications are limited due to its poor aqueous solubility and poor bioavailability (1). Deep Eutectic Solvents (DES) are liquids, which are a combination of hydrogen bond donor (HBD) and hydrogen bond acceptor (HBA), which improves the solubility and bioavailability of many compounds(2).
