Multiple myeloma (MM) is a hematological cancer characterized by repeated relapses and drug resistances. Molecular glues (MGs) represent a promising strategy that selectively degrade disease-associated proteins, but poor solubility and limited tumor selectivity remain critical barriers to their clinical translation. We investigated whether combining a newly developed GSPT1 molecular glue with a targeted liposomal delivery system could improve drug delivery and precision protein degradation at the single cell level.
