CRS 2026 Annual Meeting and Exposition Registration Cancellation Policy In the event of attendee cancellation, refunds are subject to a USD $250 processing fee through May 15, 2026. After May 15, 2026, all monies will be retained by the CRS with the option to carry over the 2027 Annual Meeting & Exposition without a year extension. The exception to this standard would be the passing of an immediate family member or personal illness. Validation must be submitted with the cancellation request and are still subject to a USD $250 processing fee through June 12, 2026. After June 12, 2026, there will be no exceptions for cancellations. Refunds will be processed and remitted after the Annual Meeting & Exposition is completed. *Registrants from 2025 (Philadelphia, USA) canceling before May 15, 2026, will receive a refund, minus the admin fee of $450 (admin fee from 2025/2026). If canceling after May 15, 2026, will receive $0 USD . Balance can be applied to membership for future years. Non-transferable to another registrant. A visa rejection letter along with proof of 2025 registration payment must be submitted for 2025 refund. |
